1. Upon subscribing to Kurigram ISP’s internet services, the subscriber must provide all necessary documents and information to establish their identification, legal status, and business capacity. Kurigram ISP reserves the right to examine this information and may temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate services if the subscriber provides false information. The subscriber must inform Kurigram immediately of any changes to the provided information.

2. Both Kurigram ISP and the subscriber agree to keep any confidential information confidential, except in cases where the information is already publicly available, available to the receiving party without violating this agreement, or required by law.

3. Kurigram ISP exclusively owns any connection and equipment provided to the subscriber.

4. Kurigram ISP will provide internet services within the agreed timeline, and the subscriber is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services required to use the services, including modems, hardware, software, and telephone services.

5. The subscriber agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes, and any transmission, distribution, or storage of material that violates applicable laws or regulations, including material protected by intellectual property rights, is prohibited.

6. Kurigram ISP may block access to harmful websites, services, or protocols at its discretion.

7. Kurigram ISP reserves the right to terminate the service without notice if the subscriber violates any terms of this agreement.
